  • Seasonings for your food?

Got this from whole foods; it's delicious on turkey burgers. Usually i use Goya seasons, I'm impressed.

            Coconut oil
            Red pepper flakes
Balsamic vinegar (don't forget to balance your dishes to bring out the other seasonings)
            Sea salt
            Black pepper
            Emeril - Essence

Picked up this guy at costco today. Kinda funny cause I have used Franks hot sauce for years now and I got used to the flavor. Tobasco is completely different. Much hotter! lol. Burnt my god damn mouth off. Not that I havent had tobasco before, just forgot how different it is compared to franks.

Try the green tabasco. More flavor less heat.

There's hardly any calories in vinegar? How much are you using, lol

No cals in normal vinegar. Balsamic has like 20 cals per tsp im pretty sure.

I think like 14 per tablespoon. I'm sure some are different. 300 calories obviously means you're bathing in it, though :P

I got some 20 year aged balsamic when I was in wine Cali and im telling you I couldn't get enough. I soaked my chicken in it and god damn was it amazing. The aged stuff is even sweeter then the normal. Not sure if that means it has more cals or not though.

You add a splash, not drink a glass
