Who cooks with coconut oil?

Bought it tonight at whole foods. Made me some egg whites about 30mns ago. What a difference in the taste of my meal. :clapback:

I've always used regular canola oil spray or olive oil. For some reason I thought the coconut oil would taste like coconut:P

It and Kerrygold butter are my go to fats. The MCT of coconut oil provides good energy and tastes great. Add some to your coffee... I'm serious

I never tried that but i guess that is a tremendous thing especially when it comes to nutrition its awesome,Those are actually into physical activities they can take their wellness to the next level through this.

I love coconut oil and aminos. If you drink coffee put your coffee in the blender and add a tablespoon of coconut oil. Then any other things you like to mix with it, blend and enjoy 👍
