      Of topic but this is what I eat when I'm trying to gain weight/ get stronger etc..

      You will get fat tho

      I don't really measure but I'm guessing about 1 cup flour, 1 cup oats, sugar (depends how sweet you want it)
      Add to that 1 egg and some water. Mix until you have a dough. Oil up pan and flatten the mix out in the pan and cook until slightly brown on both sides.

      There is a huge amount of carbs in this. I have with protein shake for breakfast. Then will have two spoons of creatine with every meal.

      The high carbs and creatine puts my strength through the roof. Protein is overrated.

            I've switched from oats to oat bran. It was a great change as I was getting tired of eating oats. I use a 1/3 cup of oat bran but when eating oats I use 1/2 cup. I squirt in a little bit of honey too.

              I have 2 packs of instant reg. Plain oats mixed with two scoops of protein every morning for breakfast. I sometimes throw in an extra pack of oats depending on how I feel.

              Carbs = 40 (60 with extra pack)
              Total Cals = 450 (560 with extra pack)

              This is easily my highest cal meal of the day.

                    I prefer to eat my oats before a workout, I need something in my stomach and for some reason it just feels better going down through my mouth when chewing. I will put them in a bowl, little rice milk, a few raisins if I am getting ready to go work out and I am ready to hit the iron.
