So this thread is about food that fits the healthy/bodybuilding lifestyle that is also very easy to prepare. Feel free to add your own ideas/finds.
Target has these 2 cup serving bags of cooked and flavored rice. All you have to do is warm them up or you can eat cold if needed. I love em, they taste good and they aren't loaded with a bunch of fat. 40 grams of carbs per cup.

Canned chicken is another one I use especially during the whole moving process, came in really handy. 45 grams of protein per can, no fat. When I was in the process of moving I would just mix it with one those greek yogurt dressings I posted about and mix some craisens in with it. Taste like a kicked up chicken salad.

So tonight for example I'm going to mix the canned chicken with the rice and some sloppy joe sauce. Will take about 5 minutes to make. Granted these things are high in sodium but sodium is something I need plenty of or else I cramp to hell. The sloppy joe sauce also has no fat. All about protein and carbs for me.
