    After 12 weeks of manipulating carbs and experimenting with cardio after weight training 5 - 6 days a week I went from 225 down to 190. I'm feeling skinny now but still want to get leaner and not sure where to go from here

    I'm introducing carbs back into my diet full time rather than manipulating them.

    Read below for new diet plan and stats

    2 scoops of protein with 2 packs of regular plain oats

    4 cans of Oceans spicy Thai tuna*

    6oz chicken 160 Grams of sweet potatoes 1 cup broccoli*

    ‎4 cans of Oceans spicy Thai tuna*

    6oz chicken 160 Grams of sweet potatoes 1 cup broccoli

    TRAIN

    2 Scoops of protein

    ‎6Oz chicken 160 Grams sweet potatoes 1 cup broccoli


    5 liters of water throughout the day.

    5'9
    190lbs
    Guessing 10%BF
    Want to get leaner but starting to look small now.

    That's a hell of a lot of tuna. 8 cans a day? I'm not up on my tuna quality, but would heavy metals be a concern with that much tuna?

    Also, are you on AAS? In my experience, it's awfully hard to get down into single digit BF as a natty without tricks like carb cycling.

      I'm with scrum. That's too much tuna. Replace the tuna with another lean meat and your diet looks good.
