My biggest problem is not eating shit food. It's missing meals. I have crazy long days with hardly any food, and that causes my metabolism to slow down and burn hardly anything. I'd rather miss three meals than eat junk food and that is not good.

I have my first meal around 4:20am, get to the gym by 5, then have clients @ 5,6,7,8,9,10,11, break from 12-1 then have a 1pm in home about 25 mins from my gym, that leaves me only about 35 mins to inhale some shit, finish my in home @ 2 be home around 2:30 have a protein shake, take a 20 min nap, get back to the gym by 4p for a client, have an hour break from 5-6 then have 6 and 7p clients back to back get home by 8:10 and have dinner and hit the sack by 10:30.

And that is pretty much mon-fri.

Damn Beast, that's a hell of a schedule. But looks like you are in demand as a trainer, so that's great! Do you train any famous Hollywood types?

Yup business is pretty good.

I do have couple of Hollywood people but besides those two they are just doctors, lawyers and other professionals.

I actually hate having famous people as clients. They are always super cool but never in town. They pay for 10-20 sessions then it takes them three months to finish it.

By the way it is 4:42am. :D
