  • The Bouncer's pancakes just got better

    So instead of honey I added a tablespoon of peanut butter worked really well.

    Half Cup oats

    1 whole egg

    handful of blueberries

    1 large scoop choc protein powder

    2 table spoons of peanut butter


    Everything is the same as bouncer's recipe except I substituted peanut butter instead of honey.

    the point of my food is high protein and carbs with minimal fat. that is the diet i run. adding pb while im sure it's good would not work for me in terms of how i want to look.

      I thought for looking cut you need high protein, moderate fat, and low carbs?
