  • Whey Protein Ice Cream

This works good if you are dieting and craving some ice cream.

    1 scoop whey protein
    1 cup almond milk
    1 tsp. stevia (optional)
1 tsp. cocoa powder (optional and works well with vanilla whey or chocolate).

Combine all in blender and pour into tiny zip lock bag. In a separate zip lock bag fill it halfway with ice and half cup of salt. Place the tiny zip lock bag with the ingredients into the large ziplock bag make sure both are sealed then you shake for 10 minutes or so.

    Final product.

I tried just freezing it and it turns out too icy and crystally. So I would advise just using the ziplock bag method.

Up next is Orange Dreamsicle whey protein with some orange zest should make a good ice cream.

this may be better than the real thing actually, yum! minus the stevia... stevia has a weird bitter aftertaste to me.

It's good and I don't use the Stevia when I make it just saw another recipe online that used Stevia.

lol Bouncer made you laugh. Gelato you must be Italian.
