Let's see.. they average guy is at least 20 to 30 pounds overweight. They are predominantly omnivores. So I can say that non-vegetarians look like crap too. Best not to generalize like that.

this is true, i take that back. Im sure there is a right way and a wrong way. If i had to rely on beans for protein Im fairly certain that not only would no man ever want to sleep in my bed but my dog would be also be begging for a kennel to sleep in hahahaha.
^ I rely on lentils, cottage cheese and whey protein for the bulk of my protein and I can assure you that my digestive system is in top shape! :D
If you pick the right kind of beans and add them slowly to your diet, you'll do fine.
BTW, if you haven't figured it out already, I am vegetarian, but I don't have too much trouble hitting my macros. :)
I lost 20 lbs over the past year because of digestion issues. the GI doc made me want to punch him in the throat! Referring me to a nutritionist was so cute. He had me start cutting out things to try and see if it was a specific food that was causing me problems and eventually i was down to like water and tiny snacks and sometimes no food at all for a day or 2!! A year later and being 5'3 and down to 90 freakin pounds and in severe pain with fevers spiking to 104 they finally admitted me to the hospital for the second time in one month and at the end of a week long stay did an endoscopy and found TONS of ulcers on my duodenum and small intestine. its been a month and the ulcers are finally healed and im literally a garbage dump right now eating everything in sight. Im good w/ fish and sometimes chicken but red meat is really a problem. any suggestions are greatly appreciated!! in order to gain 1/2 pound a week i need to eat at leat 1550 calories a day. Vegetables fill me up and dont get me anywyere CLOSE to that! Rice and potatoes have become my new best friends so far.
Would you mind posting a typical days diet for you BOUNCER?
I know you mention your success is diet related,,especially those abs.
chicken and oats bro. each meal is 2 chicken breasts and a packet of oats with some craisens. 4-5 times per day. sticking to the same exact thing works for me mentally and physically. i still crave each meal. i may be a bit weird. lol.
high protein/ high carb/ almost no fat. thats what works for me.
sodium is not a concern when you sweat so much in the gym/cardio. as a matter of fact its needed. sodium is not the enemy for athletes. only people who need to watch sodium are sofa turds.
