F.I.S.T. LONDON BROIL



Total Time:2 hrs Up to 24 hrs
Servings: 6

Ingredients:

2lbs of London Broil (Top Round)
2 Tbsp of Xtra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Chile Powder
2 Tbsp of Habenero Sauce
1 Tbsp of Dried Oregano
1 Tbsp of Sweet Paprika
2 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
4 Pincehs of Salt Substitute
4 Tsp of Black Pepper



Directions:


Pre-heat grill pan to medium-high heat.

Mix all ingredients in aa large bowl and rub both sides of meat with mixture and let marinade for at least on hour but I let it marinade overnight.

Grill meat for about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for more well done.

Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing against grain.

As for the political crap,Im not trying to get anyones panties in a bunch.I thought the general discussion forum was for anything talk as is described under the heading."Feel free to chat about anything you wish."

As for all white people hating obama,first,i not old,just older and experienced.LOL.Secondly,I don't hate Obama at all,I dislike ALL of the corrupt politicians running the country and getting richer and richer off of all of our backs.Obama is just the "current" dipshit in charge.Don't care if he's black,white or purple.The president is just a title in this country and means little.Congress is where the problem begins and works its way down from there.

I like to think so.I like to gather all information on any given topic BEFORE forming an opinion on it.Too many speak from no knowledge of themselves and just go by what others tell them.
