  • protien intake - my conclusion after 25 years lifting

While incredible levels may not be necessary or good, the general protien is bad for the kidneys fear has been dissproven.

Anything less than 300grams a day and not only do I begin to lose muscle size but also feel more tired and un recovered

Protien is now so accessible without fat or carbs that people shpuld be taking a minimum of 1g per pound lean bodyweight but more like 1.5g.

I've recently upped mine and feel great again

I couldn't agree more my brotha.

Ive been preaching this to so many for years as well.As the thread I started with the research disproving the 30g per meal b/s ive known this for years from my own personal experiences and from those I have been in contact with.

You want to grow than you have to friggin eat!!!
