  • carb choice

    lets say you wanna eat 200 carbs a day. do you guys watch what kind of carbs they are? alot of things have carbs but alot of it sugar. so what would you think a healthy balance is?

    I get mine from the veggies, that's it....no bread, no pasta, no yams, etc.....If I eat carbs from any other source, I get fucking bloated ugh...oh shit I forgot, I do eat 2 bananas ED....But yes it matters where the carbs come from.

      Absolutely. My carbs come from oats mixed with craisens.

      I get around 300 grams of carbs a day. Zero pump without carbs.

        what about all the sugars in like milk and yogurt and shit like that? how much should i limit that?

              im getting the impression to limit it as much as possible lol. i guess for post workout it wouldnt be terrible to have it post work out for an insulin boost. thanks for your input. guess ima just play with it a little

                  i eat no dairy, no baked goods and no potato.

                  my carb sources are oats, qunioa, cous ocus and of course veggies.

                  it takes a while to see what your body reacts well too and what it doesnt.

                  to get that combination took me alot of trial and error.

                    Don't be afraid of carbs. They are essential to replenish glycogen stores nad help muscle growth. Ditch sugar, have fruits in moderation and have complex carbs as much as possible and you'll be fine.
