    The Rise Of The Incredible Edible Insect | Popular Science

    Note: 100 g of dried cricket has almost thrice the protein of chicken of the same weight

    I'm not into exotic foods. I don't even want to be as a guy that eats insects regardless of their benefit or taste. There is a place by me that sells all kinds of insects for consumption though. They even have chili powdered scorpion. Ewh

        Exotic protein source to me is venison(love it) or any other fresh killed game that I have butchered locally.
        $80 to have a deer butchered and I get about 45lbs of meat off it depending on the size. Can't get any more grass fed/organic/gmo free...blah blah blah..than that!

            Venison is great but I wouldn't really consider it exotic. I suppose some areas of the US would.

                  Just took a look, man he had a great physique. Looks like he was a man of many physiques but pulled it off well whether shredded or powerlifting.

                    He certainly did, he fits in with Casey Viator, Mike Mentzer, etc. Thick and dense, the forearms are what stand out first to me!

                        Found this on him;

                        Roger was a freind of mine. He died after numerous brain surgeries for brain cancer-he has been battling this disease for a good number of years and has had approximately 10 brain surgeries. Roger is not just a lifting legend-but was a true american hero. Roger was an army Ranger, purple heart recipient as well as the medal of valor winner who was injured by a mortar in Vietnam. I was lucky enough to be at Rogers wedding in 2003 as well as to look through Roger's scrapbook some. Roger received a substantial bonus to play for the Cincinatti Reds.*

                        Roger was just an amazing individual-he left behind a million plus dollar home in OC and so many freinds which you could tell meant far more to him then the material riches he so rightly had.*

                        There is info there on his memorial service-scheduled for july I believe.

                          Do you have the link to this Mr. I? Was this recent that he passed? I honestly never researched the guy, just was amazed by his thickness and strength.
