Lean pork is deffinitley a good source of protien. Just trim most of the fat you can before cooking. If you don't the smaller fat areas will shrink and conform to the meat, and you wind up eating it, not good. Damn, now you've made me hungry, LOL. TY

I def eat pork....not really on a regular basis but whenever i can get the chance for ribs and can really enjoy them than of course i get a nice rack of ribs....or really any good barbq restaurant...
