Talk to text would be same if I type it you fucking idiot. It's called conveying the message, so much easier to convey something In person than text or typing. Inflection, body language, conveying it verbally works better...especially for retards like yourself..

Rado, you keep repeating the same thing. During the day, the food doesn't just sit in the belly or something? Do you think it gets metabolized in an instant?Originally posted by rado View PostBut to eat in the middle of the night, then go to bed while food is sitting in belly just hanging out? Eh.
The negative feedback endocrine system does not respond the way you are thinking. IF you are a pro athlete, can you take something specific during halftime to give you energy in the 2nd half? Sure! IF you are a pro BB and you are prepping for a contest, are there specific protocols in the last 24-36 hours that matter? Sure! But that's not what we are talking about here.
Let me repeat myself. Fat metabolism operates on a much longer 3-ish day cycle. Trying to fine tune things to much shorter time periods than that is pointless. As long as your macros are in control, you'll be fine.

I've tried to force myself to go back to sleep but I feel compelled to eat before I go back to sleep. I stopped keeping any food I did not have to prepare at my house, other than vegetables, but sometimes I jump in my truck and drive to my parents down the road to raid their fridge. Unfortunately, when I do this it throws my macros way off because I am not eating healthy food. I will copy and paste one day out of my MyFitnessPal log so you can see that when I am awake I make decent food choices but when I am stumbling around at night I am an idiot; I have italicized what I ate in the middle of the night when I raided my parents fridge.

Night Eating Syndrome: A Warning Sign? - Forbes
I am thinking the best temporary solution is to count my night calories with my breakfast calories which I just started doing.
I go to a therapist for anxiety, maybe I will ask her about it next month.
