  • JJ Watt Eats 9000 Calories per day

"For Watt to eat 9,000 calories, he would need to consume 13 avocados, 20 chicken breasts, and 50 slices of bacon.

JJ’s caloric intake can be compared to Michael Phelps, who revealed that when he trained for the Olympics in Beijing, he gobbled as much as 12,000 calories daily.

But Watt finds reaching that 9,000 calorie total to be tiring.

“It’s literally, if I’m not working out, I eat the whole time I’m not working out,” admitted JJ. “It’s exhausting. You have to force-feed. You have to force yourself to eat food.”

Us around here consume in the ranges of 2500/4500 possibly more. These guys are on another level athletically and professionally. Don't doubt those numbers one bit, but sure sounds unreal.

Easy if it isn't all clean. I think Kali muscle showed how to make a 9k calorie burrito or something like that.

          Try it..

9000 cals may be easy for a day but let me see you do it consistently day in and day out even with junk..

You'll be rolling around feeling like bloated death in 3 days tops.

I've tried to do 5000 a day in the past. Horrible experience and that's 4k short of 9000.

I agree there. Day in and day out would suck. Doing it once would be bad enough. You get high calorie stuff like Baskin Robbins Oreo Layered Sundae, 1,330 calories. Getting a handfull of those will make it happen but yeah...fat miserable mess. Feeling like a beeched whale.

Yea and after that 1 big meal of 2-3k calories you don't want to eat again for like 12 hours or more. Being consistent with jamming those kind of cals down is insane.

I love when I start working with a client and they say, oh bro, I eat all day long, like probably 6,000 calories.
First response, ok, what did you have for breakfast..i either get, I didn't eat breakfast or they say...I had 6 egg whites and 1 yolk and a cup of oats....I quickly tell them, well you have a long way to go as that adds up to about 310 calories...only 5,690 more to go for the day.
I eat about 3,000 a day of mostly clean food, cheats here and there with my daughter, but mostly clean...its a lot of food, people have no idea what it is and what it takes to eat 6,000 calories a day, let alone 9,000 like Watt does!!!

Absolutely. Same applies to eating clean. "Bro how do I get ripped, I eat super clean and I'm still fat"...

People think that as long as they arent pounding milk shakes and living on fast food that means they are eating super clean.
