    I am thinking about trying a ketogenic diet again and will include a small amount it cytomil in the mix, 50mg/day. Have any of you experience with this?

    Its really hard to combat lethargy when you run t3 in a keto diet. You may want to stack clen or albuterol to assist in offsetting this.
