    Anyone know what I'm talking about? Just ate my last meal of the day of chicken and oats and was still hungry after I finished. I grabbed a jar of peanut butter and ate half the damn jar without even realizing it. Lol

    Did a full body workout today, maybe that's why I'm hungrier. PB is some good shit! I rarely eat it cause of fat content but damn..

    Love me some PB. I've been going through jars alot lately. I make these shakes where I take about a cup of dry oatmeal, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1 banana, scoop of protein powder and 1 cup milk and sometimes some berries. I blend that bitch up and get me a nice high calorie, macro friendly tasty ass breakfast or snack.

        Hahaha. No I just ate it right out of the jar. Wasn't the natty PB so it had plenty of sugar.

          Bro I do the same just about ED. I'm also eating out of a pb jar lol...I use pb almost ED for my cals, or my sweet tooth:agreed:
