    Well, I have to say I thought it sounded terrible when my woman did up the first batch bit it is soooo good and great for a low carb bulk cycle. .

    3 eggs hardboiled
    1 can tuna
    2 tablespoons mayo
    3 slices of cheese. .

    cut the eggs up into slices and mash them thru the tuna in a tupperware along with the mayo. . .
    put the slices of cheese (I love mature cheddar on this) on top and micro for 1 min . . .man, it is heaven. . .

          depending on your micro try to get it so the cheese is just about to melt and is a bit mushy but not all liquid. . .I have about 2-3 of those a day when I am bulking. . .
          Another one is ground beef, eggs, rice and chilli sauce from the can. . . I will get the exact recipe that the little woman cooks up. . .hmmmmHMMMM

            sounds good bro. I do something similar man, except i dont use cheese and mayo. I just eat 3 whoe boiled eggs, 1 can of tuna, pickles, and mustard. Yum yum good shit there:agree:

              Yeah I don't eat it with cheese or mayo either. Pickles and mustard is pretty good though. Plus when you microwave it, the whole house stinks for like 8 hours (Especially in the winter when you cant open the windows).

                thanks for the recipe!! I tried it and it was great!!!! I made some for my man too, at first he wasn't sure about tasting it but once he did he really liked it!! Sure beats tuna in the can....:D Oh yeah I put pickels and crushed pepper in mine...YUMMY!:D

                  I've been eating tuna, egg whites, and mayo for about two months now for lunch, but it never occurred to me to melt a piece of cheese on top!!

                    bump - this was good. I used ranch dressing instead of mayo and also threw in a chopped dill pickle. Super filling and tasty.
