The more I research information on nutrition the more questions I have. Because of this I decided to make an appointment with a nutritionist. As I was processing in the medical tech that was getting my information had a horrible cold, and we were confined to a small room. You would think since we are in a hospital she would wear a mask or something.

Agreed with FB. Unless you suspect an endocrine malfunction or allergy symptoms, I think going to a nutritionist is a waste of time. Their advice is going to be geared to the average Joe and has little to no relevance to a lifter or athlete.

My insurance pays for it :)
But I am keeping it pretty much to how you had it set up. The only change I am making is I'm reducing my fat a little and increasing my carbs a little. He thinks my late night binges are because my body is too low on carbohydrates.
So, I'm trying to eat 2300 calories, 201g of carbs, 230g of protein and 64g of fat.
