about animalbolics, ckd etc

got a lil question..
but anyway its regarding a cutting diet. last year i tried ckd. seem to have leaned me out pretty well. then hit that nice beautiful wall needless to say i wasnt too happy .
so this year as i prepare once more im tryin get a few things straight .i found out about animalbolics..and cant help but wonder if anyone here tried it before whom also did ckd in the past. which of the two got you better results that you were satisfied with?... any input on this subject is welcomed . thanks for your time.
