        BBQ Turkey

Wish I had the outdoor space and grill room to do this. Looks amazing.

Dry-brining and slow roasting over wood chips produces a juicy, deeply flavored bird. Remember to start up to 48 hours before you plan to cook the turkey, seasoning well with kosher salt that flavors all the way down to the bone and produces extraordinarily juicy meat.

We're not hosting Thanksgiving this year but I'm going to try and convince my buddy to try this. Sounds awesome.

Gonna brine a turkey this year for thanksgiving, always heard about how juicey and flavorful a brined turkey can be. We shall see. Not the dry brine I posted above. The liquid brine.

Gonna try a buttlermilk brine. Supposed to add an extra layer of moisture and flavor. Sounds weird but apparently really good.
