Correct. But my high fats doesn't come from sardines:retard: and my protein is usually ALL chicken and when it's not, well I eat sword fish, salmon type of fish.

When I need cals, I go to peanut butter. Has high fats, cals and good amount of omegas...

There is a huge difference in terms of eating good clean cals, fats, carbs as opposed to dirty ones.

That type of food you have is what I would call dirty nutrition. IMO there are better ways to get proper nutrition and it be healthier.

If you buy canned stuff, get tuna....if you're on a budget because you live in yo momas basement, buy chicken and veggies man.

Based on your food postings, I now can see why you're not leaner or holding too much water. But hey, at least you're fucking making the atrempt:thumb:

I wouldn't call it dirty eating but it's not optimal either. 24 grams of fat in that single can. Unless you purposely trying to raise your fat content there are better sources. If your just trying to bulk then I'd say its fine.
