  • The Muscle Pump from Junk Food Phenomena

So we all know that a bunch of calories will give you a pump in the gym like no other especially after you've been on a diet for months. But something I've noticed recently is the opposite of that effect. If I stay on the junk food diet for more than a few days I notice the pump effect in the gym goes away. I start eating strict and sure enough the muscle pump an fullness return. Anyone notice anything like this? Almost like it takes 3-4 days for your body to catch up to what your doing nutrition wise and then it makes an adjustment.

I haven't noticed myself but I always have a hard time getting a good pump anyway regardless of food, supplements, and gear. At least nothing like when I was younger.

Even on gear chuck? Have you thought about dbol only on training days about 2 hours before you workout? Booom... Might make your head pop off.

Not since my last cycle ended back in August or whenever but I've been jonsing to get back on. I'm back to where I was pre cycle after cutting some fat, food, and cutting back training. Need some more supplies before I start and I'm taking Raloxifene now for years old gyno masses that is working amazingly well. I want to give it another month before I jump back on. Might have to give dbol a try though.
