We've made this a couple times now during the holidays and its just absolutely insanely good. We had it with pot roast out of the slow cooker and the combination of flavors was just nuts. Don't be put off by the flakes. This recipe makes the richest cheesiest, creamiest potatoes you'll ever taste.
