This really is an excellent debate and quite comical at times where you will see the relevance of the source and make up and timing of calories and macros debated.

To my mind the 19 year old articulate grad evidences a complete lack of belief or understanding of the effect on and of hormones on the body in response to types of food.

I'll check it out in the morning. But I always lol @ the people who say a calorie is a calorie. The effect different types of calories have on the body is very different. You WILL look very different on a 3000 calorie McDonald's diet than you will on a 3000 calorie chicken and oats diet.
