  • basic mass nutrition

I used this nutrition program with the bench press program I wrote about in the training section. I tried to hit 1g of protein per kilo of bodyweight due to finances. All supps mixed in water except the XT.

    Pre-workout
2 servings "Mr Hyde" by ProSupps
20g protein via egg whites & whey(ON whey, dymatize or a cheaper grocery store brand)
    One-a-day multivitamin
    5g barleans fish oil capsules
    B multivitamin w/ b12(vitamin shoppe brand)
1000 MCG chromium picolinate w/ breakfast and at bedtime(Walmart brand is fine)
**During the bench triples and doubles I dropped the protein and creatine and used 10g D-AA and 5g GABA in the BCAA drink preworkout**
    Intraworkout
1 serving bodytech BCAA's( added late in the program but use it all the way if you can)

    Post Workout
50g carnivore beef protein w/ 10g creatine monohydrate(bodytech) immediately after my workouts in the locker room

    Evening meal
1 serving of Elite XT banana but bread protein w/ milk

My lunch and dinners were usually steak, chicken or pork chops with
    rice

this looks more like a supplement routine for a teenager. where is the calorie break down of your foods? How much protein? how much carbs? how much fats? you go into details about supplements but talk very little about the most important part.. the food. supplements play a very small role in bodybuilding bro. sounds to me like you've fallen for marketing hype of some pro giving credit to creatine powder for his success. lol.

genetics, calories, drugs, training. in that order. supplements have a very small role to play.

Yea I know that's how it's supposed to be but tell that to someone like Paul Dillet. Fact is, if you have genetics that's respond to drugs only basic training is required.

Well, oddly my hands getting tired from typing on my pad... But if you must know:

          My bodyweight 330 pounds/150KG
          Daily
-I tried to stay less than 3,000 cals daily.
-I would get 100g of protein from the supplements and egg whites as mentioned
-36g protein+/- from the steak, chicken or pork (cooked lean on the George foreman grill) I also trimmed it lean precooking... So I would say my fat content was about 60-80g daily including the milk and the XT.
-oddly I ate white rice at 100 carbs daily not including the supps.

I feel supps are necessary in EVERY mass program for a few reasons:
          1. Reaching that protein goal is easier and cheaper with whey protein products. This seems to be common knowledge in training for at least the last 25 years I've been involved.

          2. The vascular products such as arginine need to be taken with the strength support in proper ratios such as a preworkout supplement.

          3. The stimulants are good for keeping you motivated and on target for your goals.

Honestly, if your promoting heavy weight training without some nutritional support your being irresponsible. These products provide and easy and inexpensive way to hit your nutritional goals.

Good genetics are a gift. But you can always improve yourself with hard work.

How do I post it?? Oddly I reset my phone last week and lost my gym pics. I don't like posting pics of myself in public. I run about 34% bodyfat and you can see all muscle definition except abs( which I'm working on).

34% BF, so you're a big dude but more like 250 or 260 jacked.

What do you do for cardio?

Recently, 15 minutes on the stairmill(I hate it but it really keeps my heart rate up), 20 minutes on the upright bike then walk for 30 on the treadmill trying to maintain my heart rate, 6 days a week. I use the chest strap and would highly reccomend it. I would like to start a program running 2 miles, twice weekly in a 12 pound vest to get my bodyweight down to under 275 for the summer.

Well sad but true. Also, please read the part where I don't like the idea of putting my pic on the internet.sorry to disappoint you. I'm considering a calf and thigh pic... We'll see.

Well regardless, you got some good size brother. You'll look even bigger at a lean 275 than you do now. Good luck brother.

Running will be hard on your knees, especially at your size. I would consider an elliptical trainer and a bike. Good idea on the chest sensor HRM.
