  • Bouncer Spring/Summer Diet 2016

After months of "holiday eating" it's time to get back to eating clean. The junk food has been fun, allowed me to relax a bit but now my desire to eat strict has been restored so lets do this!

    Meal 1

    5 Whole Eggs

1/2 Cup Oatmeal with handful of Craisens

    Meal 2 (PWO)

1/2 Cup Oatmeal, 2 Scoops Whey, 1 banana in blender

    Meal 3

    1 Chicken Breast

    1 Cup Peas

1/2 Cup Oatmeal with handful of Craisens

    Meal 4

    1 Chicken Breast

    1 Cup Peas

1/2 Cup Oatmeal with handful of Craisens

    Meal 5

2 Cans Tuna (browned in pan for less tuna taste)

    1 Cup Peas

1/2 Cup Oatmeal with handful of Craisens

    ____________________

No sugar is added to anything. Only source of sugar is the creamer in my morning coffee, banana in PWO, and the craisens in my oatmeal. Salt, pepper, and my personal favorite Sriricha sauce is used for flavor with the meals. 1 gallon of water minimum per day is consumed.

Supplements used: Costco Multi-Vit, Costco Fish Oil, C4 Pre-Workout Drink, Cytosport Whey.

Steroids used: Test Cyp 525mg per week, Deca 175mg per week, Adex .4mgs ED.

Training is 5 days per week heavy as I can with strict form. Cardio 20 minutes immediately after training at 2 incline & 3mph. This is on top of walking my dogs daily which totals up to a few miles per day.

Goal is 220ish under 10%bf. Currently close to 230 roughly 15%bf.

What is your cost for that regime, say monthly?

I'm like a broken record with costco but thank god for the place, it saves me big.

Big ass box of quaker oats last me about 2 months is something like $10 bucks.

2 4lb bags of craisens last me about a month. Each one is around $8. Total of about $16.

Bag of whey last about a month $40.

3 10lb bags of chicken each costing $20 total $60.

60 cans of tuna (2 per day over 30 days) each cost 65 cents at safeway. Total $40

Eggs are super cheap in cali especially at costco. I can get 60 for $5. so lets call that a total of $15.

Big ass bags of peas $20.

Total comes out to $200 but lets round that up for shit like sriracha and the other little things bananas, fish oil, multi-vit, pre workout drink.. Lets call it $325 a month. Without doubt if I did normal grocery store shopping for all my food and supps I would easily be into the $500's. Costco has literally saved me 10's of thousands of dollars over all these years. I don't even have to pay a membership fee because I spend so much per year that I get cash back from them in the form of costco currency which is usually $100 per year which is the cost of the executive membership. If costco shut down i'd kill myself. It's as important to my lifestyle as steroids and training is. It works really well for me because I have little variety in my diet. If you need all kinds of variety costco doesn't work as well.

Looks varied enough to stay interesting, affordable and healthy.

Don't go heavy every week would be my advice

Not about "getting back" to anything. The goal is to be substantially bigger than I ever was. This is about getting to a place I've never been. Dropping bf% isn't a big deal for me as that melts of with my diet. That's the easy part. Maintaining my current size and fullness while being under 10% is a different matter. I'm hoping that the increased dosages and the increase in protein will be enough to do just that. Slow and steady.

I have a point to make here.

Your diet can be 100% on point but at say 6ft you will not hold over like 235 lb without a supraphysiologycal hormonal level.

I think your goals are realistic as your aiming for 220 lb @ 10%

Once I'm ready this will also be my kind of goal.

How high you think the dose would have to be to be over 235lb?

Damn, that statement really makes me want to get better with my diet. I just got my body fat reading from a bod pod which is very accurate. I'm 306lbs 23% body fat. Meaning if I got down to 15% bodyfat and maintained my muscle mass I would be 270lbs.

Your assuming you would hold onto all your muscle dieting down. It's unlikely. You'll probably lose 20lbs of just muscle and water dieting down all that fat. Add to that if you dieted down to 10% which is clear abs that'd put you somewhere around 230-240. It easy to think your massive when your holding a ton of bodyfat brother. Not attacking you in any way, just making a point about how fat can trick reality. It's why so many guys stay in permabulker mode.

You still have good size but you would be nowhere near 270 that's a fact. Probably 250 at 15% with is still pretty damn respectable.

I've said this before, my battle is not in the gym, it's in the kitchen.

Just do it brother. Whatever it takes. Get yourself down to 10% and you'll be a changed man. Mentally and physically. You'll feel 15 years younger getting all that bodyfat off of you. And once you do you'll be even more inspired in the kitchen and in the gym. Once you get the results the confidence you get from it lifts you to cloud 9.

10% would be awesome but my current goal is 15%. Once I hit that maybe then I can aim lower. I was 15-18% most of my life, maybe a little lower duting basketball season in high school but later when I got out of the Army and went back to college I said... heck with diet and cardio and blooned up to I think it was around 32% bf. That was 2 years ago, so I'm making slow and steady progress. Granted, I was using calipers and I thought my bf was lower but the bod pod proved me wrong.
