  • Winter 2016 Diet

Upon my absence from SM. I really got to understand nutrition from close friends and mentors whom are pursuing a procard or already have gotten a procard. I still cannot believe to this day how far nutrition will go. So here's my diet for the time being. Please feel free and criticize.

Meal 1 (4:45am): handful of granola (simply used to wake me up and get me going)

Meal 2 (10am): Coffee, 4oz 99% fat free ground turkey, 1/2lbs egg whites, 1/2 sweet potato, multivitamin, 3 grams of fish oil

Meal 3 (1:30pm): 1/2 sweet potato, green beans, 6oz chicken breast

    Meal 4 (5pm): 6oz chicken, green beans

Meal 5 (9:45pm): post workout shake containing 60g protein and 20g dextrose

Meal 6 (11pm): 8oz fish or chicken, asparagus or green beans

Meal 7 (between 3am-4am): because I'm drinking 1-1.5 gallons of water a day, I'm constantly pissing. So when I wake up to piss in the middle of the night I have a shake right next to me.

Since I'm a personal trainer, scheduling each meal is not easy. In between meals I'm snacking on rice cakes and drinking bcaa's.

I'm not on AAS. All natural for now.

Current weight is hovering to 250lbs. Waist is a 36. Bodyfat is around 18%

I'd like to see what a 250lb natural looks like bro. Not talking shit. Just hard to believe. Your Mr.I weight is what your saying..

You consume less calories than me and I'm 228. Did you just start this clean diet or are you saying you've gotten up to 250 eating this way?

I literally just started this diet last week. At the middle of this current week I'm feeling better, lighter, and more agile. Don't get me wrong, it's a sloppy 250 with nothing to show.

With cardio twice a day and consistency in my diet, I don't see why I shouldn't lean out in 12-14 weeks.

If you can follow your diet religiously, and with cardio. You'll do fine. The consistency in eating right is cumbersome and hard; not many can keep it strict. I like your layout of the food, not necessarily buying into the gotta have my shake because pissing, but good for you if indeed it's being done. Twice a day cardio is overkill, period.

UNLESS you're about to compete, why even push the body more than it should. Not to mention, you're not taking PEDs to help recover sooner, amongst other great things PEDs can do

Thanks Rado. I agree with the consistency, it's where it makes or breaks people. For now, one day of cardio post workout is what I'm doing. I may add that 2nd one to speed things up and really get lean. I have no desire to compete this year. However I think it's cool to see how lean one can get

Here is my post workout meal. Figured I'd share, it tastes good going down.

              9oz chicken
              Asparagus
              1/2 avacado

Here's what meal 2 looks like. Simple yet delicious. The sweet potato, old bay, and onions bring out the flavor and taste

Here is everything laid out ready to be cooked

Sautéing the onions and warming up the ground turkey

Finished product. I keep my eggs slightly runny and undercooked. I think it tastes better and slightly juicy

Quick update. Not measuring my weight, going off my clothes. Everything is starting to feel looser.

I'm constantly hungry, nothing fills me up. Tired of eating chicken, so I need to add more fish into my diet. Going to add red meat once a week.

My coworkers clients are noticing my face getting smaller

I'm shitting 3-4 times a day and pissing constantly.

Strength is going up, so I'm happy about that. Energy levels are the same.

You should post a log of your transformation from fat to fit. If not here, do it for yourself. Pics don't lie, clothes do buddy. Sometimes our clothes tend to stretch out until washed. I go to the bathroom about 3 to 4 times a day as well.

Dont eat meat while wanting to lose weight, your mentor should of told you this. Eat chicken and fish, but mostly chicken. I occasionally eat meat, occasionally. Meat doesn't digest in a few days, resulting in bloat and fuller belly.

Your mentor sucks brah, fact :)

Keep doing your thing dna, changing your diet alone will make a huge difference. Good job.
