I love lean beef. Looks good man. I just ran out of my venison but I was making a meatloaf out of it. Only problem for me when it comes to beef or venison is I can almost double my serving size not and have problem knocking it back.
I'm still working on 2014-15's deer where I went a little overboard and got 5 deer. Its still good though, I use a vacuum sealer. This year I went out and only got a little one so I could have some nice back strap for stew and some steaks because I'm running low on those. I still have a lot of ground.
I'd love to have room for a big ass freezer loaded with chicken, beef, and any other kind of lean high protein meat. I don't think I've ever had venison but I'm not picky, I'm sure I'd devour it.
I buy 10lb bags of chicken and big ass roasts and shit but it feels like I run out of protein meat sources the day after I buy all that shit.
Need my own chickens too, I go through 5 dozen eggs in a week it feels like.
We have 2 refrigerators. We have to for the amount of food we buy. Basically one for me (in the basement) and the other for the rest of the family. lol
You guys out West, is it easy to find buffalo out there? I've wanted to try it but I would have to order it online and it is too costly. I want to try buffalo, moose, bear and ostrich sometime in my life though.

I don't know bro, I havn't looked but I have had buffalo many times believe it or not. Back in Jersey philly area I used to get both Ostrich and Buffalo cheesesteaks all the time. Good shit. Both drier than beef.
You can also buy buffalo at costco in little 1lb packages.
