  • Protein Smoothie

    Try this fellas...

    Strawberry Protein (Optimum Nutrition is what I use)

    - 2 scoops of powder
    - 8 ounces of Unsweetened Almond Milk
    - Frozen Strawberries (add as many as you like according to thickness preference)

    - Optional, add some fat free Ready Whip

    Chocolate Protein

    - 2 scoops of protein
    - 6 ounces of unsweetened almond milk
    - 1 teaspoon of instant coffee
    - Ice cubes - amount is according to your thickness preference. Keep in mind the more ice you add, the more diluted the flavor will be.

    Another option, that I like better, is to make your coffee ahead of time, let it cool completely and then pour it into a ice cube tray and freeze over night.

    Those will make great smoothies especially for the warmer weather approaching.

        Man I tried PB in a shake before and threw that shit away. I thought, hell why not it will be like a Reeses...NOPE. Not for me.

        I do like all natural Almond Butter though.

          oh i like the taste of pb in a shake just as much as avid. but unless your a hard gainer and need to put on weight PB should be left out of a bodybuilding diet.
