What type of cooking device is this? - Air Fryer

So out of nowhere I got a package from my mom. Looks like she's been watching her QVC again. :D

From what I gather its a convection oven? Anything I can do with this in terms of bodybuilding meals? It's not a "fryer" right? No oil involved. It just cooks food faster?

I think this is one of those oil less fryers. Throw a piece of chicken in there and see what happens

It could be good for individual quick meals. Not sure how flavoring the food before cooking will affect how hard it may be to clean.

Mostly they talk about food being crisp. But don't forget the reason foods can taste so good is due to the addition of fat or carmalization of the surface.
