I liked you better when you were blending tuna and ice cream to be honest.

Yea looks good for sure. Way over priced for what it is but your paying for convenience. I love making my own foods as much as I do training so it's not my thing but I get the appeal for those busy with other things.

Heartland Foods is a local company here that does the meal prepping for a few people I know. It's stupid expensive though. Yeah makes life easy, just warm up and eat. I'm with bouncer though, I wanna experiment and create my own meals. Makes it that much better

Have to say I'm feeling good. The increased apetite / hunger is a good sign

I didn't realize just how bad off you actually were. I knew you were in pain but I guess I just thought of it as normal pain. The partial parallelization and loss of appetite and all that is really scary. Glad you got it taken care of brother. Seriously.

Just found this recipe - its quick and convenient to throw in and jam packed full of protein

                        BLTA Chicken Salad

                        Ingredients

½ cup chopped chicken (even canned chicken works)
7ish grape tomatoes cut in thirds
1 slice turkey bacon cooked and crumbled or 1 tbs bacon bits
                        1-2 tbs chopped green onion
                        1.5 tbs Greek yogurt
1 tbs LOW-FAT mayo NOT light (The kind that I use is only 15 cal – 1 g of fat. Kraft makes one)
                        Pinch of Stevia
                        Salt and pepper to taste
                        A few pieces of lettuce
1-2 tbs avocado about 1/5th – just enough to spread over a slice of bread.
                        1 slice of bread toasted

                        Directions

Mix chicken ,Greek yogurt, and mayo together with salt , pepper and pinch of Stevia.
Add in chopped tomatoes and chopped turkey bacon.
Toast bread and spread avocado on top as if it were butter.
Top bread with lettuce and then chicken salad mixture. I will normally sprinkle with pepper on top as well .

This was just the blog I posted today for a company I rep. It looked good, and something quick and easy. They referred me to a website with great recipes for working out and it was one I posted today.
