  • Need to breakdown my cal, fat and carb intake -need input pls

    My eating is what I post, I relatively keep it clean 90% of the time.

    However I can see that I need to break down my numbers for a few reasons.

    I'm walking mid 180s and fairly lean.

    I'm going on another compound(yet to be determined)starting Sept 1st. It's gonna be either winny, var or mast. Adding it to my current test.

    My goal is to add 10 lbs of solid and lean muscle and then scale back and walk at 190 ED while maintaining 8%-9% BF. I want to keep single digits and I know it can be done.

    My issue is that my quads, not my hams or calfs but quads hold more water than I'd like. I'm veiny but nothing like the rest of my body.

    How do some of you (bouncer, chadd)keep water off the quads? I feel if i tweak my eating habits a bit this would help?

    But then again, not sure what exactly I'm not doing right to accomplish this.

    Thoughts?

    Where you hold water or fat on your body is purely genetic brother.

    Dana Lynn Bailey is perfect example. She's shredded to shit but she can't get separation in her quads for anything.

    You can easily gain or lose the weight by adjusting cals but how you put on the size in terms of where it goes is genetic.

    Think about how people store fat. Some people it all goes to their stomach. Some people it all goes to love handles, others it all goes to ass and legs etc.. that is purely genetic.

      Based of what Bouncer says I gotta agree. I'm the opposite though. My legs stay lean and skin tight even when I run a bulk program. Hate it.

              Rub preparation-h on them then wrap them in plastic wrap before bed.

                Hey that actually works. I do a diuretic 1x week it helps stay tight. Some would disagree, it works for me Tho. I Always go high reps on quad day, low carbs as well, burn more glycogen as well which again works for me on staying tight.

                  Yeah I used to rub it on my abs! Not gonna lie, I've done it on my face a time or two as well.....lol

                  You just use over the counter water pills?

                    Heck yea, I use prep h right now during cardio. Very noticeable difference too. I use shred rx by Goldstar. It's fckn strong. I love it tho.
