So tonight after legs I want to nandos

While chicken medium spice with fries and coleslaw and sweet drink.

It's always hectic in there but I find a spot and keep my headphones on. Often with no music in but just to drown out the crying kids and ambient noise.

It's the perfect anti catabolic I just sit and eat and chill people watching with the odd conversation.
