Besides Lipripper, who likes rabbit? I worked late today and stopped at the market to get a rotisserie chicken. They were completely out of the chickens, then I noticed some rabbit meat. So I figured I'd try it, never had it before, but always wanted to. So I pan seared it with some grass fed butter, safflower oil and garlic. Looks pretty good to me! About to try it in a few minutes after it cools a little.

It tastes great! I think I over cooked it just a little. I'm gonna try it in a stew next time.

Rabbit is great eating...here's where ya get fucked up if you never thought you would try squirrel...if you like rabbit..you would like squirrel as well...you literally can not tell the difference when eating the two meats...except for the smaller portions on a squirrel.

Rabbit or squirrel and dumplings is awesome!!
