The gist is, Milk Protein Concentrate has a higher digestible indispensable amino acid score than Whey Protein Isolate but barley and Whey Protein Isolate has more Lucien which is the most important amino acid for muscle growth and retention. All of the other sources are inferior to Whey Protein Isolate for this reason. The inferior sources, you have to take more of the protein to gain the same benefits as the Whey Protein Isolate.

But not sure why we need to be so technical, I never have and do well.

We focus way too much on shit that IMO, unless you're going pro or are one, just keep it simple.

How's your training and cycle doing? Did you ever get labs done? Pics?

I got my IGF score, I keep forgetting to post it. Ill do that now.

This pic is from a few weeks ago. Ill take a new one tomorrow morning. Ive lost more fat and it shows, at least I think it does. The diet was going good until last night. I am doing bro-keto and I got into the bread and honey and it kicked me out of ketosis.
