The gist is, Milk Protein Concentrate has a higher digestible indispensable amino acid score than Whey Protein Isolate but barley and Whey Protein Isolate has more Lucien which is the most important amino acid for muscle growth and retention. All of the other sources are inferior to Whey Protein Isolate for this reason. The inferior sources, you have to take more of the protein to gain the same benefits as the Whey Protein Isolate.
