    For those that do a carb cycling... How do you guys do it without feeling the need to go hypo or hungry....
    Been trying to do this with 1 liter of cola zero and I still get carb cravings...
    Ate a salad for dinner and 30 mins later I was hungry again.... 1 half hour later I ate some pasta after my GH shot...
    If I wouldn't have the need to go hypo or hungry I would be able carb cycle easily

      Well I want to try high/mid and low days...my carbs are around 250...but that ain't so high

        Gotcha....i keep mine at 100 or less ED

        I do high fats and protein when I'm ON...Carbs are very minimal

            And that may not work for you, higher fats.

            Reason I do high fats is for calories, that's it. I don't eat too much food through the day, but I keep my cals high and eating lots of fats like good organic bacon, avocados, almond butter etc...
