I know protein pancakes have been talked to death over the years, but it seems the common ingredient in most of them is oats. Since I don't eat those, I've been trying to find a different variation. This one was really good and stupid simple!
1 scoop banana protein powder
Dash cinnamon
1/8 tsp baking powder
2 egg whites
Added water to desired consistency
I used 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil to cook the pancake in.
It would be SO much better with a real banana mushed in with it and topped with peanut butter!! But I just used a little sugar free syrup instead.
