I eat 3 pks of Quaker oats every morning. Different flavors but I add
hot water, little butter then mix with a spoon. While the water is heating I use my shaker and shake up cinnamon or vanilla flavored protein powder 25g with almond milk. Mix over half of it with my oatmeal then drink the rest.
I do this in the AM right after my workout and in the evening as a desert and LOVE IT.

I prep my oatmeals eat them twice a day.
I do...
1 cup Organic rolled oats
1/2 cup blueberries
2tbs flax seed
2tbs ground chia seed
2tbs cinnamon
2 cups Oat Milk
Individual containers and put them in the fridge. After 24 hours they are ready to go. Grab a container, 2 mins in the microwave and your good to go.
I was also putting a scoop of this "powdered form of oats" in with it too but ended up giving that stuff to my old man to mix in with his protein shakes and I keep forgetting to order more.Last edited by FrankTheTank55; 03-19-18, 07:26 AM.

I boil up 2 cups and add craisens. I divide in half. 1st batch gets eaten right away with my eggs.
2nd batch gets a scoop of protein powder and I eat it after my workout.
