    Good morning:

    I am currently beginning a new cycle (just starting week 2)

    It consists of 100mg Test/prop 3xwk
    250mg Sus 2x wk
    25mg Proviron ed
    20mg Nolv ed


    My diet so far is oatmeal and apple 4 eggwhites and some sort of cheese for breakfast
    Protein drink mid morning
    Chicken and salad some form of bread for lunch
    Protein shake mid afternoon
    Some form of meat, veggies and carb for dinner.

    I tend to be extra sensitive to carbs.

    I am 52yo, 239, 5'10" bf25% Chest 50. After age 50 my metabolism and body turned to shit. Put on 30lbs probably due to low testosterone.

    I am looking (desparately) for some input and advise on how to tweak or change the diet. I want to pack on muscle without adding too much more fat which obviously I cannot afford. After this cycle and PCT then 6 weeks off I am going to do a cutting cycle for the warmer weather.

    Can anyone help?

    Are you looking to cut or bulk?

      I'm looking to maintain the muscle or put on a little more size and get harder . I'll be looking to cut sometime in late February, early March.
