5 day water fast

I've been feeling, blah, lately. When I was younger I would fast sporadically for a day or two and in doing so I felt refreshed and energized, but I have never gone over two days. This 5 day fast will be something new to me.

yea i was thinking if you were feeling like shit your blood pressure may be high.

Normally my diastolic is in the 80's and my systolic is in the 130's. I'm changing out the batteries tonight and checking again. If it's the same I will have to assume the cialis I am taking is lowering my blood pressure into the ideal range.

Weird cuz I just checked bp like five times and got different readings for all of them.

150/100, 140/97, 135/90, 130/85. Not in that order. But they were all different

Did you first take it when you say down from being up and about and the lower readings were from when you had been sitting for a while.
