Do you all think I am coming close to hitting all my micros with this diet?
Breakfast:
12 egg whites
1tsp butter
2 tbsp salsa
1 cup frozen spinach
Amazing Grass green superfood, 8g
Metamucil 1tbsp
Fish oil caps, 3
Lunch:
1 hard boiled egg
1 tbsp sweet relish
1 cup skipjack tuna
.25 cups red kidney beans
.25 cups low fat Greek yogurt
1 cup kale
1 tbsp metamucil
Dinner:
1 cup jasmine rice
12 egg whites
.25 onion
8oz frozen broccoli
1 orange
12 oz pork loin
3 tbsp salsa
Middle of the night snack
.5 cups oats
1 tsp Stavia
. 25 cups frozen blackberries
Seasonings I typically use are: seasoning salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, and garlic.
Supplements I take are creatine, vitamin d & calcium, magnesium, potassium, and there is one other I can't remember right now, it starts with a t.
It will be around 2k calories, 40g fat, 240g protein, 170g carbs, and 40g fiber.
I have been lifting after work lately so I saved most of my carbs for dinner and my nightly snack.
I think I am going to try fasting on non-training days.
All of these meals I listed I enjoy immensely and will not have trouble eating every day, for a few months at least.
The only complications I see is staying away from milk, cheese, and peanutbutter
