If your looking to cut I would assume it is not good to be taking supplements like creatine which provide 75 Grams of sugar per serving, correct?

I was to understand that the sugar content is used to invoke an insulin response which shuttles the creatine into the muscle cells. Manufactures that sell pure creatine usually recommend that you take it with grape juice to produce the same effect. My guess is that if you take creatine immediately post workout, you do not need an insulin response for the uptake mechanism to work. For example, there is a period of rapid synthesis of muscle glycogen that takes place post workout that does not require the presence of insulin. It lasts about 30-60 minutes. Similarly, my guess would be that other "nutrients" like creatine would also have a high uptake during the first hour post workout.
Additionally, as vicmack777 mentioned, Swole V2 and similar products (I will add in RiboForce HP for consideration) are specifically designed for rapid creatine absorption without requiring an insulin spike.

because the whole function of creatine is to delay the onset of fatigue and give you cellular energy to fuel your workout. So, why would you need this benefit after you have already finished your workout? And also, if you drink a post workout protein shake along with your creatine, you probably won't absorb it because protein stabalizes blood sugar and you need an insulin spike to uptake the creatine.

Creatine helps rebuild the ATP that is depleted during anaerobic exercise. (ATP is the primary--or perhaps only, depending on the timeframe of the movement--source of energy that can be used by your muscle fiber during anaerobic exercise.) I guess it depends on the type of creatine you use. I use a creatine supplement called Opti ATP that suggests using one 10 gram scoop 30 minutes prior to exercise, and only on the days you train. There is also no loading or cycling required with this product. It is highly absorbable by using a chelated bonding process in which the creatine is bonded to magnesium. It also uses insulin potentiators like ALA for absorption without sugar. The whole way in which this supp. is set up to work is that it gives you on the spot benefits when you need them. You don't need to have it loaded in your system like typical plain monohydrate. I can definately feel a difference and I don't fatigue as quickly when I use this product.
