Mostly spot on and some interesting discussion. But I still say they are a little apologetic for fat people. Regardless of genetics and hormones if you restrict calories enough you will lose weight. There was not a single obese person in a nazi prison camp. There is a reason for that. In the absence of calories the body sheds weight. It's really not disputable. I hate to use the prison camp reference but sadly it paints the perfect picture of what happens to the body when there is very little to eat.
