Some of my friends really into their training are using this in place of oats for their morning shake.

Anyone else got experience with it? I’m assuming it’s faster energy onset tan oats which presumably brings about more of an insulin spike

1g protein,

11g carbs

- .1g Sugar

.1g Fat

Creamed Rice is more like..

7g Protein

40g Carbs

- 30g Sugar
