    the food got to be the tasty kind,, the rich kind,, the not boring kind,, the pizza,, the german ,, the vietnamease,, the 5guy,, the sushi ,, the jamaican...

    you will always play with 17 inch arm if you eat dry chiken and rice,, no matter what drugs you take,,remember! the fellas who you see around 19-20 inch arms dont even know what clean diet is before they get into serious preps...half of the gym fellas you see around dont even know what diet is they ****in eatttttttttttttttttttttt tt..yet they have 8% and come into gym with 17 inch arms....and this is with out even knowing how to eat a lot and livign life on the fast pace....

    who thought you fellas that eating clean = growth? i assume it is danta and the rest of the morons that interact with you on steroid boardings,,their mission is one! to make you buy from them more peptide more protien powders and more balonie,, notice the comon thing to majority of fellas on steroid boardings .....allllllllllllllllll lllllll sitttttttttttttttttttttt ttt at 200lb 6% somewhere there lol 180-220... you never see the big fellas there that are conditioned ...why? because we are pros?     if you want 19 inch arms you need to eat! and you need to be on hormones LOTS OF HORMONES,, and consistant usage of hormones,, you first get to 17 then to 18 then to 19 ....conditioned! even with rich food you get to conditioned body if the right hormones are in blood,,

    hormones are EVERYTHING in bodybuild,, they burn fat,, they get you in condition when you eat pizza ....ask ken wheeler he will confirm ,,

    you dont ****in use clean chiken when you try to be 250lb 8% ,, if you think anyone that ever seen the number 210 6% or over does clean diet to get there lol you are in lala land friends

    we eat EVERYTHING ,, WE EAT A LOT ,,WE EAT WHENEVER WE ARE HUNGRY,, DO WE GET FAT? NEVER,,WHY? BECAUSE WE ALWAYS HAVE THE GOLD BOTTLE IN OUR CABINET AND ALWAYS HAVE THE HGH IN THE FRIDGE ,, AND ALWAYS START WHEN LEAN ENOUGH ,, THAT EVEN IF WE REALY TRY HARD WE DONT PUT FAT ON US,, WE PUT WATER! NOT FAT,, WE GET THICK FACE..NOT FROM ****IN FAT!!! FROM ****IN HORMONES SUCH AS ANADROLA WHICH THICKEN THE FACE... DUE TO WATER RETENTION ,,,

    misguided. the point he's making proves more about genetics then diet.

    as he said, people that know nothing about diet or training can look better then people training and dieting all day every day. this shows that genetics rules everything. combine those genetics with diet, training, and AAS and you have something special.

    anadrola. lol. that's the guy that people though was Nasser back in the day.
