  • Sushi?

I eat sushi, usually like once every 1 or 2 weeks. Does anyone eat sushi(california rolls, etc) in their diet? It seems like a good source of protein(fish) and some carbs(rice). Is seaweed good for you? Any comments?

well, i luv it... but don't get to eat it too much cause it's soo damn expensive - at least the "real" stuff is.

I've heard that occassionally some restaurants add sugar to the sushi rice for flavor.

I eat sushi bulking or cutting, it's never a big enough meal to be too high in carbs on my cutting.. so ya go for it

sushi rice is usually flavored with a vinegar and a touch of sugar. it's not just plain white rice.

i prefer sashimi b/c i can control my rice portion size. with handrolls and such, i just think there's usually too much rice for me.

If your eating any kind of rolls, the protein content isnt too high.

                Man, I love sushi!

There's a place here in Ma. called Mr. Sushi, real good prices foro their dishes.. I remember eating two of their 40 piece sushi plates, only $20 each plate, served on a wooden boat.. :agree:

I was cutting at the time, my last cheat meal..
