    i wouldnt eat just an apple, throw together a protein shake with casein protein before bed...that way your body will have plenty of protein throughout the night.

        holy shit bro i love you, I was really starting to wonder if my diet was just messed up .. but this make sense, everytime I start to get sleepy my cravings get ten times harder to stop.. this will definetly help me.
