Ok so now vacation is 4 weeks away. I know I need to tweak my diet plan and I have 3 options.
#1 Continue carb cycling as I have been doing to this point which has enabled me to lose almost 20 pounds.
or
#2 Continue carb cycling but lower the levels of carbs that are being cycled and stop eating carbs at 3.
or
#3 Cut out all protein shakes, eat only 75 grams of carbs daily mainly before and after workout, increase EFA's and water consumption.
Which option would you choose if you were me and wanted to look your best 4 weeks from now?
